The excellent spirit of all the staff. The cleanliness and the breakfasts were marvelous.

That snacks and coffee, tea, etc. were not available 24 hours.

Would pay extra just for the use of the small eating facility 24 hours.

Friendly and accommodating staff, liked the indoor pool even though we didn't use it.

The free wireless signal was terrible. We had to sit right by the window to get signal.

Room was very clean and smelled good. Friendly service.

Pool was dirty, and no shuttle for Disneyland, to far to walk, especially for kid and seniors.

Outstanding staff. Went out of their way to be helpful and courteous.

Door lock between rooms ready to fall off. Very noisy people in next room. Man yelling at family. Not hotel fault.

Great location. Kept clean. The staff was incredible, and very friendly. Despite the distractions I would recommend it.

It was old, dirty, water pressure low, low on supplies.

This hotel I would not reccomend at all to anyone. I feel I was staying in a cheap dive. When they offered a continental breakfast, it was a joke. The room smelled funny, the elavator was filthy. It's a very low class place to stay. ...read more

The beds were comfortable.

Parking lot and exterior were dirty. Too many people in some rooms. RV in parking lot with people like living in it. Teens on skateboards and a BBQ going on in the corner of the parking lot. The staff was really helpful. The cont. breakfast was fine except someone needs to learn how to make coffee and they should have an entire tray of sweet rolls and forget the breads.
